Shipping

Packages are processed and ship 24-72 business hours after order is received (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). We use STANDARD FIRST CLASS PACKAGE which takes approximately 2-5 business days to deliver within the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO Military address). 

We are currently ONLY SHIPPING within the United States. 

Due to the volume of orders, we process, we cannot cancel an order once it’s been placed.

Customer will receive tracking information when the label is created. Tracking information is not available at the moment of purchase and takes 24-72 hours for the customer to receive it. Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to high volume of orders.

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to the address you provided and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS ® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
